Japanese bulk carrier with phosphate arrested in Panama, Polisario strikes again

One more bulk carrier arrested after Polisario Front request, this time Japanese SHOEI KISEN KAISHA’s ULTRA INNOVATION, in Panama, after transiting via Panama Canal with some 50,000 tons of Western Sahara’s phosphate, bound for Vancouver, Canada. Polisario Front is controlling Western Sahara, which is internationally recognized as an independent from Morocco State or territory.
