MSC container ship troubled on West Scheldt

Container ship MSC ARUSHI R experienced mechanical failure at around 1200 UTC Oct 17 on river West Scheldt in front of Hansweert, Netherlands, while sailing downstream, en route from Antwerp to Wilhelmshaven, Germany. Several tugs assisted the ship to keep her position, she was brought to anchor, at around 1600 UTC started moving, on tow or escorted by tugs. Not clear yet if she’s to be anchored on anchorage and problem fixed, and she’s to resume voyage. All photos
