Bulk carrier contacted decommissioned tanker

Bulk carrier reportedly came in contact with tanker, presumably decommissioned tanker, on Jan 4 at Chittagong Anchorage. No other information available, it was mentioned by local sources, that both ships sustained some damage. Tanker understood to be sold for scrap and is to be dismantled at Bangladesh scrap yard.
