Bulk carrier with hull crack held off Juan de Fuca for safety assessment

Bulk carrier HEINA suffered hull crack on Feb 17 while approaching Juan de Fuca Strait, according to Lloyd’s List report. Bulk carrier was held off strait until Feb 21 for survey and risk assessment. On Feb 20 the ship was cleared to sail to Vancouver, escorted by tug, she reached Vancouver on Feb 21.
